The intense white and the black of the darkness are subtly separated by narrow strips of color whose width follows the rhythm of a Fibonacci series. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The artist<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(1929, Buenos Aires, Argentina \u2013 2012, Par\u00edis, Fran\u00e7a)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garc\u00eda-Rossi left Buenos Aires and settled in Paris in 1959, where he lived until his death. Throughout his career, he always experimented with geometric abstraction in sculptural form and, above all, with optical art and kinetic art, of which he was one of the pioneers.<br\/>In 1960, together with other artists, he created the Visual Art Research Group (GRAV), dedicated to the research and dissemination of kinetic art.
